Little Red Radio Flyer

by Calder Clark on April 7th, 2010

rPeople expect me to throw down when I entertain, just because I do that for a living. Consider me pegged- I love to entertain in the home just as much as I do at a sprawling plantation. Shocker: I can also get a little crafty- sometimes with a k, but with good intentions!

Taking a cue from my workaday life, I decided to play up one of Camp’s big loves for his first birthday: his new red Radio Flyer wagon, courtesy of his sweet Gram and Papa! You should know that I also have a hankerin’ for all things retro…slightly Americana; think splatterware, oilcloth, embroidery, old tea tins. We had fun with that angle, and of course- a soul food lunch on the perfect Spring day.
