Girls’ Night Out

Just have to say what a kick I got out of seeing the hilarious and talented Kristen Wiig last night at the Oscars (she was nominated for her part in writing the screenplay for “Bridesmaids”). It’s about time someone recognized the drama-slash-comedy of planning a wedding!

Wiig  looked fetching in J. Mendel, and even though she lost to Woody Allen, she was in amazing company last night and should be so proud.

In other Oscar news: woo hoo for The Help’s Octavia Spencer, there is no one funnier than Melissa McCarthy at the moment, and I loved Gywnie’s look on the red carpet.
