Frocks + Such
I put my own ‘maids in a patterned frock back in 2005, so it’s super fun to see pattern + interest spreading throughout wedding fashion. I am still a dyed-in-the-wool trad girl about the bride being in a lovely ivory number sans pattern, but why not have a little fun with your wedding party? My team and I were chatting just the other day about what’s fresh in wedding party fashion, especially on the girls’ side of things, and we all agreed that it’s rather tiresome to have the same chignon/same dress/same color/same shoes- time to shake it up, y’all.
see how powerful prints can be? we love this image from ryan ray.
The feathery print of Erin Fetherston’s gown is knockout, and the voluminous skirt on Anthro’s frock totally elevates the look.
So flattering and youthful- and we die over local Katherine Arnold’s print on the right!
Great for weddings before 6:00 pm! Love the flirty pleats.
