Beachcombing

This is a bittersweet, “freeze- let’s remember this moment” life phase for me.  With Walton at 10 months and Camp at 3, we spend many a breezy morning poking around on Sullivans Island, just trying to take in all the crushing beauty of Charleston. Both love odds and ends- a crimped little shell or smooth bit of sea glass. Jennifer Steen Booher’s beautiful photos remind me of our beachcombing treasures; she has almost an entomologist’s eye. They also come in postcards– I’m just dying to scoop some up.
