We just adore holiday weddings. Some of our most memorable affairs have fallen on Thanksgiving, on a major December Saturday, and on New Year’s Eve. Folks seem to turn it up just a notch- they’re simply more silly, more festive, more sentimental all-around.
Parting style is definitely de rigueur these days, with how you say au revoir almost ranking up there with how you say bonjour to your guests. For Meg and Whit, we piled high little wristlet bells into scalloped wood trays for a loud + merry goodbye. On the way out, guests were also encouraged to snap up personalized etched Christmas ornaments as a sweet memory of the evening. Fun!
