For my final post about my bestie Becky’s wedding, I chose a pretty shot from her outdoor ceremony. Her wedding was rare in that I was actually in the wedding and planned it as well, which was a huge honor. Of course the truth is my incredible team pulled it off while I kicked back with a glass or two of summer sangria!
She loved the lemon-leaf-covered Episcopalian cross we designed for the altar, the round sweeping Sperry sailcloth tent, and the coral bamboo lattice bespoke aisle runner. Becky also borrowed my heirloom veil- a piece my mom found in Brugges when I was little, which is hugely apropos since Becky’s maiden name is Bruggeman and thus her family hails from there! Cray.
The best part was watching Cam’s face as she came down the aisle. I rarely get that perfect glimpse of the groom’s reaction. If you didn’t get enough, it was published in Southern Weddings!
